Data security and governance
EASYRE® as an ICT provider: every access on record.
The software runs on servers in Italy, in the EU, and each user sees only what their role allows.
The application logs every user’s access and changes. Here you will find the principles by which D.P.S. protects the data of property sales in Italy, for those who decide on the purchase and for those who assess ICT providers: risk, IT, compliance, data protection.
Access
Same data, separate roles: owner, brokers and call centre
In the sale of a real estate portfolio, the fund, the brokers and estate agents, the call centre, the credit intermediaries and the anti-money laundering function work together: each enters with their own role.
One-time password by email
Users can sign in with a one-time password (OTP) that is sent to their own email inbox and is valid for a few minutes.
User groups by role
Users are in groups by role: fund, manager, brokers and estate agents, call centre, credit intermediaries, anti-money laundering, D.P.S. support. Each profile sees only the data it is authorised to see.
Access and changes logged
Access is only through the application, which logs each user’s access and changes. The access report shows who signed in, when and with which group.
Documents in their place
Sales documents sit in EASYRE® linked to fund, agency, building and unit, with a label saying what they are, such as the buyer’s or tenant’s privacy notice.
Protection, continuity and audits
How D.P.S. protects EASYRE® data
EASYRE® is a cloud service, used from the browser without installing anything. Behind it are these principles.
Servers in Italy
The EASYRE® software is hosted on servers in Italy, in the European Union, run by an Italian provider.
Authorised staff, named accounts
Only authorised staff access the systems, with personal, named user accounts and administrative profiles limited to what is necessary.
Administrators appointed by name
Those who administer the systems are appointed by name and their access is logged, as required by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Regular updates and checks
D.P.S. regularly applies security updates to its systems and rechecks network configurations, firewalls and user accounts.
Backups and continuity
Backups are made automatically, and D.P.S. checks that they can be restored. D.P.S. has written business continuity and disaster recovery plans (for restoring the systems).
Your audits of D.P.S.
If you choose EASYRE®, you can carry out audits of D.P.S., with your own staff or with external auditors.
