D.P.S. Soluzioni Informatiche, a software house since 2002.
Based in Rome, it makes EASYRE® and EASYTM®, and for EASYRE® it provides both the software and the service.
EASYRE® has been in use since 2014. It serves owners who sell or lease a real estate portfolio in Italy unit by unit, through multiple brokers and estate agents, and lets them govern their work.

Behind both is D.P.S. Soluzioni Informatiche, a software house since 2002, which also makes custom software for companies and public bodies, with its own staff.
EASYRE®, up to signing
Selling or leasing the units of a real estate portfolio through brokers and estate agents: listings, enquiries, viewings, offers (proposte), checks, preliminary contract (compromesso) and notarial deed (rogito), or the lease. In use since 2014, it is a registered trade mark in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
EASYTM®, after signing
Tenant management of income-producing real estate: tenant requests, maintenance and contractors tracked through to closure. In use since 2022, it is a trade mark registered in Italy.
How D.P.S. works
Software and service from the same company
D.P.S. is not an estate agency: it makes the software and runs the service. The selling and leasing is done by the brokers and estate agents who hold the owner’s mandate.
The software
Brokers and estate agents work on the same system: enquiries with their source, viewings, offers compared with the approved price list, the anti-money laundering checks at offer, preliminary contract and notarial deed, and the documents.
The service
Call centre and freephone number, publishing and managing listings, photos, virtual tours, sales initiative websites, broker training and advice on the sales budget.

No. D.P.S. Soluzioni Informatiche makes software and provides a service, and does not sell property. With EASYRE®, the selling and leasing is done by the brokers and estate agents to whom the owner has given a mandate; D.P.S. provides the software and, where needed, the service: call centre, listings, sales initiative websites, broker training.
What is the difference between EASYRE® and EASYTM®?
They are the two D.P.S. Soluzioni Informatiche products for real estate. EASYRE® is used up to signing: selling or leasing the units through brokers and estate agents. EASYTM® is used after signing: tenant management of income-producing real estate, with tenant requests, maintenance and contractors tracked through to closure.
Is EASYRE® a registered trade mark?
Yes. EASYRE® has been a registered trade mark of D.P.S. Soluzioni Informatiche in the European Union and the United Kingdom since 2020 and, in the European Union, also for software since 2021. EASYTM®, the other D.P.S. product for real estate, is a trade mark registered in Italy.
Who EASYRE® is for: fund managers and large owners, public bodies and pension funds, banks and credit servicers, real estate services firms.
